with the external analysis program documentation, use that information. Otherwise, you
can type the following parameters built into xPONENT, in any order:

#c - Output.csv, full file path

#p - Protocol name

#b - Batch name

#u - Logged in user name

To keep the default command line settings, leave Command Line Parameters blank.

Set Default. Sets the chosen analysis program as the default analysis program for
xPONENT.

OK. Saves the chosen settings and exists the dialog box.

Cancel. Cancels changes and exits the dialog box.

Remove. Removes the selected program from the Installed Analysis Programs list.

Edit. Opens the New External Analysis Program dialog box where you can edit the
settings for the selected program.

Disable Automatic launching of External Third Party Analysis when batches com-
plete for all protocols.
Disables the automatic launch of the third-party analysis program
automatically after batch acquisition.

Arrange Main Navigation buttons

These options enable the customizing of the main page headers at the top of the
xPONENT

®

window.

Arrange Main Navigation Buttons. Select or clear the check boxes to display or remove
main page headers. The Home page header cannot be removed. The Admin page
cannot be removed if a security license is not being used, or if the user currently logged in
is setup as a member of the Administrator group profile. For further information about the
user setup, see “Group Setup Tab” on page 85.

Arrange Main Navigation Button Arrows. Click a main page header and then click an
up or down arrow to change the selected header’s order of appearance at the top of the
window. The Home page cannot be moved, it always appears as the first main page
header.

Default. Restores the software to the default page header arrangement.
