Next, tap the Item tab to bring this portion of the screen to the front.

Tap the drop-down arrow in the Item # field and select the item number
from the list that appears; or, scan the item number in the Item # field.
If item data was downloaded, order items are limited to the list of
downloaded items; this means that you cannot enter a new item.
If item data was not downloaded, any item entry is permitted because
the item number is not validated.
The item description appears in the Description field if you down-
loaded item description information.

If you have enabled the auto line numbering feature, AUTO will be
automatically entered in the Line # field. If you have not enabled the
auto line numbering feature, enter the line number in the Line # field.
10.
The ordered quantity appears in the Ordered field (since this is a new
order, the quantity is zero).
11.
The actual quantity appears in the Actual field (since this is a new
order, the actual quantity is zero)
