RDA Setup
Categories

IntelliTrack contains two RDA setup categories:

Automatic IIS Setup: allows for automatic IIS-IntelliTrack CE con-
figuration when you run the Create IIS Dependencies Utility. This util-
ity is run during IntelliTrack software installation when you opt to
automatically configure IIS. The utility is also accessible from your
Program menu: Start > Programs > IntelliTrack > ISRP > Create
IIS Dependencies Utility
.
In order for the Create IIS Dependencies Utility to properly configure
IIS, IIS must be installed and configured according to the batch instal-
lation prerequisites for your operating system:

Windows 7/Windows Vista:

“Batch Installation Prerequisites for Win-

dows Vista and Windows 7” on page 3

.

Windows Server 2008:

“Batch Installation Prerequisites for Windows

Server 2008” on page 6

.

Windows XP/Windows Server 2003:

“Batch Installation Prerequi-

sites for Windows XP/Windows Server 2003” on page 7

.

Manual IIS Setup: cannot use the IntelliTrack IIS Dependencies Util-
ity to configure IIS for IntelliTrack CE Batch communication. You
must manually configure IIS. Manual IIS Setup involves advanced
knowledge of IIS and advanced network administration knowledge.
For manual IIS setup requirements, please see
