4.

If you used the Create IIS Dependencies Utility to configure your IIS
settings, the default Sync URL setting should be correct. It should be
similar to the following example:
http://{computer name}/IntelliTrack/
sqlcesa35.dll
or http://{IIS computer name}/Int-
elliTrack/sqlcesa35.dll
.

5.

If you manually configured your IIS settings, the default Sync URL
setting must be changed to represent the network path to the remote
server/IIS location. The setting should be similar to the following
example:
http://{IIS Computer name}/IntelliTrack/
sqlcesa35.dll

For more information about manually configuring IIS, please refer
to

“Manually Configuring IIS on Windows XP/Windows Server 2003”

on page 29

or

“Manually Configuring IIS on Windows Vista/Windows

7/Windows Server 2008” on page 32

.

6.

Verify that the Sync URL setting matches the network path to the
sqlcesa35.dll. Click the Test Sync URL button; your Internet browser
opens. If IIS is set up correctly, the following message appears in the
browser window: Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition Agent. If
your Internet browser does not open to this page, verify the Sync URL
path; this must be entered correctly in the Sync URL field.

7.

When you have verified the Sync URL setting, click the Save button to
save the setting in the Batch Portable Utility.
