Changing an
Existing Order

Use the Auto Receive function to change the details of an existing order
(i.e., add items, change item quantity).

1.

From the Main screen, tap the Receive button.

The Receive menu appears. Select AutoReceive.

3.

The Auto Receive screen appears. The Order tab is to front. The
default site is placed towards the top of the screen (the default site for
the CE Client screen is set in the CE Client application Setup screen).

Scan the Receiving location or tap the drop-down arrow in the Loca-
tion
field and select the desired location from the list that appears. (If
you did not mark the Show Pull Down Lists check box in the CE Cli-
ent Setup screen, the Location field will not contain a drop-down
arrow or a selection list. You must scan or enter the data into the field.)
The location is placed in the Location field. (The location selection is
limited to the downloaded location list.)

Tap the drop-down arrow in the Order field and select an existing open
receiving order in the CE Client application from the list that appears;
or, scan the receiving order bar code to place it in the Order field. (If
you did not mark the Show Pull Down Lists check box in the CE Cli-
ent Setup screen, the Order field will not contain a drop-down arrow or
a selection list. You must scan or enter the data into the field.) (Orders
available for selection are limited to open downloaded orders or newly
added orders that have not been closed in the CE Client application.)

If vendors are required for receiving orders, the Vendor associated with
the selected order will appear in the Vendor field. The vendor cannot
be changed.
