If you do not want to close the order select No to close the prompt. To
add a new item to the order, return to the item tab portion of the screen
and repeat steps 7 though 9 to add a new item to the order. To exit the
auto receive function, and leave this order still “open,” tap the Ok but-
ton or the Windows Close icon (X) at the top right corner of the screen.
Receive Function
Note: When receiving an order, the site, location, and item number are
required fields. Additional fields, such as unit of measure, serial number,
lot, and expiration date are only required if they were enabled in the work-
station application’s System Options form. If these fields are not enabled,
they are not displayed.
Use the receive function to receive existing orders that have been down-
loaded to the CE Client application or newly created orders that have been
left open in the CE Client application. For information on sending receiv-
ing order information to the CE Client application on the handheld, please
refer to
“Sending Receiving Order Data” on page 74 .
To receive a downloaded order with the CE Client, please refer to the
instructions that follow.
1. From the Main screen, select the Receive button.
2. The Receive menu appears. Select the Receive choice to receive an
order.
3. The Receive Order screen appears. The Order tab is to the front. The
