Click the Do It button.

A Select Text File dialog box opens. Navigate to the path of the file to
import and select the import file.

The file name appears in the File name field.

Click Open to begin the import.

Upon successful data import, the following message appears:
(If the data file is not set up correctly or if you select the wrong file type
in the Import Select Specs dialog, the file will not import into the appli-
cation. In this case, a dialog box appears notifying you that the data has
not been imported into the application.)

Close and reopen any application forms to refresh the data.

After importing the item information, you are able to edit/update the
item records. To edit or update the records, please refer to
ing/Incomplete Item Data” on page 112
