Caution: When purging test data, use the Purge Select from All Data
option BEFORE deleting the Lookup Table data.

IntelliTrack strongly recommends performing a complete database backup
before using purge functions.

To delete manufacturer lookup data in the system, mark the Mfr
check box.

To delete model lookup data in the system, mark the Model check box.

4.

To delete Category Lookup Table data, mark the Category check box.

5.

To delete Site Lookup Table data, mark the Site check box.

6.

To delete Department Lookup Table data, mark the Department
check box.

7.

To delete Units of Measure Lookup Table data, mark the Measure
check box.

8.

Click the Do It button to purge the selected data. The following mes-
sage appears.

Select Yes to close the message box and continue deleting the selected
data. When the data is purged, you are returned to the dashboard.
Select No to close the message box and cancel deleting the selected
data. You are returned to the dashboard.

Locations

If your system uses lots and/or expiration dates, the database may build up
a number of locations with 0 (zero) quantity. This happens because each lot
and expiration date creates a unique record in the Inventory by Location
table. When new lots and dates come into the system, old lot and date
information holds a position in the Inventory by Location table.

Locations in the database with a zero quantity may be deleted to clean up
the database. To purge empty locations, please refer to the steps below.

1.

Select Tools Command Tab > Purge Command Set > Empty Loca-
tions
Selection. The following message appears, asking you to confirm
that you want to delete all locations with zero (0) inventory.
