1. The form contains four options in the Pull Down List Field:
Item/Locations: specify the data lookup option for the Item lookup
field in the Item#/Location form.
Items: specify the data lookup option for the Item List field in the Item
Data form.
Location/Items: specify the data lookup option for the location lookup
field in the Location/Item# form.
Move Item: specify the data lookup option for the items available to
move in the From site of the Move Item.
2. Select how you want to view the data in the Item List field:
Pull Down: select this option to view the item selections in a drop-
down list. If pull-down is enabled, press the <F4> function key to view
the list or press the down-arrow with the mouse to view the list.
Auto Expand: select this option to enable the Access Auto Expand
feature. This enters the entire data value into that most closely matches
what you begin to enter from the pre-existing set of data in the data-
base. For example, enter IT in the item lookup field for the value
ITTOPGUN.
Seek Box: select this option to place a Seek field on the selected forms.
This means that when you enter a value in the field, Stockroom searches
for the value in its database. This finds the data much faster than the
pull down and auto expand options, especially with a large database.
