To add custom bar code labels in the Bar Code Labels form, use the Cus-
tom Label Type option in the Bar Code Labels form. For more information
about this procedure, please refer to
“Creating a New Label Format” on
page 168 .
User Titles
User titles allows the user to set up custom titles. Almost all of the fields
that are in the Stockroom application are user definable. To view, or modify
user titles select Tools Command Tab > User Titles Command Set from
the command tab bar. A list of user-definable selections appears. The fol-
lowing selections are available:
• Inventory Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form with
inventory/item data field name titles available for custom defining.
• Location Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form with
location field name titles available for custom defining.
• Inv by Location Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form
with inventory by location field name titles available for custom defin-
ing.
• History Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form with his-
tory field name titles available for custom defining.
• Issues Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form with issue
field name titles available for custom defining.
• Receipts Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form with
receipts name titles available for custom defining.
• Company Titles: this selection does not contain any options at this
time.
• Menu Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form with menu
title names available for custom defining.
• Other: select to display the User Defined Titles form with miscella-
neous field name titles available for custom defining.
