tion will not contain a Password field on the Login screen.) To log into the
application, tap the drop-down arrow in the User ID field and select your
user name from the list that appears. If your system is password protected,
enter your user password in the Password field. (Use the keypad towards
the bottom of the screen to enter your user information.) Tap the Login
button. The Stockroom Batch Portable application Main screen appears.
All application options are available from this screen:
• The Issue/Receipt button contains two options.
The Issue option perform an inventory issue.
The Receipt option performs an inventory receipt.
• The Inventory button contains two options.
The Physical Inventory option performs a physical inventory for
items.
The Move option allows inventory to be relocated in your facility.
• The Find button will display data for the selected data option.
Note: Depending on the device you use the menu may appear at the top of
the screen.
The menu bar options include: User, View, Purge, Sync and Tools. They
are listed below:
• The User menu provides a logout option
• The View menu displays data from the following tables:
Sites Locations, Items, Inventory, Departments, Collected Data
• The Purge menu provides an option for purging collected data on the
handheld device
