Note: Changing the Speed settings will not effect your Stockroom data.
We recommend that you experiment with the Speed settings to find a com-
bination that works with your system.
Setting Site Options
Important: Site settings are only available if the Sites feature has been
activated in the Options portion of the Setup form.
If you are using multiple sites, you must set site viewing privileges for the
system.
• First, enter your system sites in the Sites Lookup Table, so that they are
available for selection. For more information about adding sites at the
Sites Lookup Table, please refer to
Adding a Site on page 79 .
• Next, set the site viewing privileges at the Local Site Settings form.
1. Select Local Site Settings Command Tab > Local Site Settings Com-
mand Set; the Local Site Settings options appear.
2. Click the drop-down arrow in the Default Site field and select the
default site from the list that appears. The default site will automati-
cally appear in the Site List field throughout the application forms for
this PC.
3. Next, select the site privilege option in the Site Privileges portion of
the form:
Local (Default) Site Only: The local station can only view and modify
the default site.
View all Sites: The local station can View (Query) all sites at the his-
tory for but can only modify the default site.
View and Modify all Sites: The local station can View and Modify
data for all sites.
