IP RIP RECEIVE-PACKET
Syntax
ip rip receive-packet
Parameters
None
Mode
VLAN Interface mode
Description
Use this command to enable the routing interfaces to receive routing
updates. By default, the receive-packet is enabled. You can configure only
one routing interface at a time with this command.

Example
The following example configures the routing interface in VLAN 3 to
accept routing updates:
awplus> enable
awplus# configure terminal
awplus(config)# interface vlan3
awplus(config-if)# ip rip receive-packet
