Mark piston and housing with a marker where piston
gear teeth come out of engagement with housing gear
teeth as shown.
13.
Remove O-ring (9) and backup ring (10) from end cap (4)
and set aside.
14.
Remove wear guides (14) from end cap (4) and shaft (2).
15.
To remove main pressure seals (13), it is easiest to cut
them using a sharp razor blade being careful not to
damage the seal groove.
16.
Remove thrust washers (16), from end cap (4) and shaft
(2).
17.
Remove exclusion seal (5) from groove
in end cap (4)
and shaft (2).
