NOTE: The rubber seal and all surfaces that make contact
with the seals must be clean and dry. After installa-
tion of the seals, apply clean SAE 30 oil on the con-
tact surfaces of the metal seals.
7.
Install Duo-Cone seal kit (10) in collar (11) with tool-
ing (B).
8.
Install Duo-Cone seal kit (9) in the track carrier roller
on the side without three threaded holes with tooling
(B).

Carefully install shaft assembly (8) in the track car-
rier roller. Install retainer (7) and socket head bolts
(5) and (6).
10.
Replace o-ring (4) that is used on cover (3) with a
new o-ring seal. Put clean oil on O-ring seal (4).
Install the o-ring on cover (3).
11.
Install cover (3) on the track carrier roller and three
socket head bolts (1).
12.
Put the track carrier roller in a vertical position. Fill
the track carrier roller with 4.08 ± 0.17 oz. (120 ± 5
mL) of clean SAE 30 oil. Apply 5P-3413 Pipe Sealant
on the threads of plug (2). Install plug (2).
13.
Install the track carrier rollers.
