Enable MAC address Aging Out: Switch has one MAC table which can record or

update relation of MAC and port. Once other packets having the same destination are
transmitted, Switch can easily know which path is right. It can save system resource of
the Switch and decrease times of packet collision. However, the memory of the Switch
is limited, MAC table needs to drop some inactive MAC to learn active MAC address
continuously, so it is necessary to configure MAC table aging time.
z

Age-out Time: Fill in the number of seconds that an inactive MAC address

remains in the Switch's address table. The valid range is 300~765 seconds (must
be multiple of 3). The default is 300 seconds.

„

Max Bridge Transmit Delay Bound: Limit the packets queuing time in Switch. If

enabled, the packets whose queuing time exceed your setting will be dropped. The
valid value is 1sec, 2 sec, 4 sec and off. The default is OFF
z

Enable Low Queue Delay Bound: Limit queuing time of low priority packets in

Switch. If the low priority packets which time of staying in Switch exceed Max
Delay Time, it will be sent. The valid range is 1~255 ms.

If needed, you can click “Default” button
to reset the Advance setting to default
