FUNCTIONS AND HANDLING

32. Protective enclosure

The protective enclosure (1) is an extra
safety feature for the operator. Its large
pane of a special safety glass
guarantees a clear view of the rotating
flask. A handle (2) on the front is used
for closing and opening. In both
extreme positions, it is held by a
pneumatic strut.

Caution: Flask will not rotate unless
the hood is closed. Opening the
enclosure during operation will stop
rotation.
Safety Cover LED (6) illuminates.

After closing the enclosure, rotation is
restarted by the Start Stop key.
