PVFF mode P-gain / D-gain relationship. Non-optimal setting.
P-gain = 200
D-gain = 300
Vff = 1
Problem:
Noticeable oscillation (Channel 2). Insufficient D- gain / excess of P-gain for this
D-gain setting.
Treatment:
Decrease P-gain, increase D – gain.
Side effects: Decreasing P-gain increases position error, Increasing D-gain lowers bandwidth and
increases hi frequency noise.
