Cart Fertilizer Plumbing (option)
If the drill was not ordered with the liquid fertilizer option
(feature code 71), skip step L1 through step L22.
Incomplete Assembly Data:
This section is a placeholder. At publication time, export status
for the single 82 bushel/dual 200 gallon cart configuration was
not fully documented. The instructions below are an estimated
outline of steps.
Assumptions:
• Pump pre-installed on cart frame.
Inlet and outlet capped.
Drive chains pre-installed.
• Pump adjuster tool in crate (might fall out of holder
during shipment).
• No other plumbing on cart frame, hopper frame, or
implement.
• No hoses cut to length.
• Rigid plumbing/fittings pre-assembled, in 10 groups:
1. left tank, pump tee, pump s/o, strainer, el
2. mid-cart tee & el
3. right tank el & shutoff
4. quick-fill & shut-off
5. shut-off & outlet to implement
6. manifold pressure & dump valve
7. implement QD
8. implement center tee & elbows
9. (2) wing tees
10. section booms
