Install Fold Cylinders
Note: Cylinders may contain oil. To ease rod adjustment,
remove caps on elbow fittings at both cylinder
ports, and interconnect any available length of hy-
draulic hose with
9 ⁄
16
FJIC connectors at both ends.

174. Select two:
810-683C CYL REP 4.50X8X1.50 ROD TIE PM
The cylinder assemblies include the clevis pins and
cotter pins needed for installation.
175. With cylinder ports facing to implement rear, pin cyl-
inder base ends to lug on center section. Pin rod
ends to wing lugs .
Remove any cross-connect hose. Re-install port
caps.

This section excludes marker hydraulics, which are
installed with other options (page 93). Marker hydraulic
installation is covered in a separate manual (113-850M).

Install Weight Transfer Valves

176. Select one each:
160-331S NTA607HD HYDRAULIC VALVE ASY
806-105C U-BOLT 5/8-11 X 4 1/32 X 6
and two sets:
803-021C NUT HEX 5/8-11 PLT
804-022C WASHER LOCK SPRING 5/8 PLT
177. With valves knobs and gauges facing forward,
install the valve assembly on the front tube of
the left wing, just inboard of the mid-wing plate .
