144. Select one:
160-321H BACK PRESSURE FLEX LINK WELDMT
and two sets:
805-134C PIN CLEVIS 1 X 2 29/64 USABLE
805-104C PIN COTTER 3/16 X 1 1/2 PLT
145. Orient the flex link with the cross tube on top
and facing forward. Align the lower bushings with
the holes in the center lugs of the center section.
Insert pins
from the inside. Secure pins with
cotter pins .
Null4:
Install Center Lift Cylinders
Note: Cylinders may contain oil. To ease rod adjustment,
remove caps on elbow fittings at both cylinder
ports, and interconnect any available length of hy-
draulic hose with
9 ⁄

FJIC connectors at both ends.
Refer to Figure 62 (which depicts spacers on the cylinder rods
- these spacers are usually shipped on storage loops on the
cart-implement link weldment)
146. Select two:
810-170C CYL REP 3.5X10X1.25 ROD (TIE)
The cylinder assemblies include the clevis pins and
cotter pins needed for installation.
The cylinders also have
9 ⁄
16
MJIC elbows installed,
which may have the MJIC ends angled off-center.
Install the cylinders with the elbows up, and pointing
away from drill center.
147. Attach the base end of each cylinder to the upper
hole/bushing of the center section outside plates.
148. Extend the cylinder rods and connect each rod end
clevis to the pull link cylinder lug . Secure with
pins provided. Remove any hoses temporarily con-
nected. Re-cap elbows at cylinder ports.
