_8144_get_start_tr_move_profile
Get start_tr_move speed profile
Description:
This function is used to get the relative trapezoidal speed pro-
files. By this function, user can get the actual speed profile
before running.
This function has warnning return code. please refer to
_8144_tv_move function
.
