E ........StarFire End-User Lifetime License
THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, THE
USER, AND NAVCOM TECHNOLOGY, INC. ("NAVCOM”). THIS
AGREEMENT DESCRIBES THE TERMS UNDER WHICH YOU MAY
USE YOUR STARFIRE RECEIVER TO RECEIVE GLOBAL
NAVIGATION SATELLITE SYSTEM ("GNSS") CORRECTION DATA
FROM THE STARFIRE SERVICE. THIS AGREEMENT DESCRIBES
THE LIFE TIME LICENSE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RECIEVER AS
PART OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF
THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE STARFIRE
RECEIVER. IF YOU USE THE RECEIVER TO ACCESS GNSS
CORRECTION DATA PROVIDED BY THE STARFIRE SERVICE, YOU
ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO THESE TERMS. THE DATE
UPON WHICH YOU FIRST ACCESS SUCH GNSS CORRECTION
DATA IS THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT (“EFFECTIVE
DATE”). IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU
MUST DISABLE THE STARFIRE RECEIVER'S ABILITY TO RECEIVE
STARFIRE SERVICE DATA, BY FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURE
EXPLAINED IN THE PRODUCT USER GUIDE. THIS AGREEMENT IS
THE SOLE AND COMPLETE AGREEMENT THAT AUTHORIZES
YOUR USE OF THE LIFETIME LICENSE FOR GNSS CORRECTION
DATA DELIVERED VIA THE STARFIRE SERVICE THAT IS INCLUDED
WITH YOUR RECEIVER.
1. Single User License
The StarFire License applies to StarFire signals used by a
single StarFire receiver and only that receiver with which
the License is sold. The License is created, subject to the
terms and conditions set out in this document and the
License may not be transferred to or used on any other
StarFire receiver without permission from NavCom. You
agree that the StarFire signal will be used only in a StarFire
receiver that is provided by NavCom or by a NavCom
authorized StarFire distributor.
2. Levels of Service
This License covers the use of the StarFire GNSS service
only. This Level of Service provides the accuracy
described in the StarFire Quality of Service Specification in
Attachment B. NavCom may, at its choosing, alter the
