The meanings of the LED states are described in the following table:
Status Condition LED state LED
The adapter is connected to a valid link partner Green On Green
Data activity Green flashing
No link Off
10 Mbps Off Green/Yellow/Orange
100 Mbps Green
10000 Mbps Yellow
Identify Orange flashing
If a LAN connector is faulty, you must replace the carrier module.
Power supply indicators
Each power supply has LEDs that indicates status.
OK ~AC Fault
Interpret the power supply LEDs as follows:
Status Condition LED state LED
The power supply is operating normally. Green On OK
There is a power supply fault. Yellow On Fault
The electrical current available to the power
supply meets power supply requirements. Input
> 85 VAC. Green On ~AC
Another indicator of power supply operation is the audible fan noise. If a power cable is connected
to either power supply, the fan should stay on continuously on both power supplies. This is the case
even if the K2 Solo 3G system is shut down or restarting via the standby switch or the Windows
operating system.
The Service LED on the front of the K2 Solo 3G system also indicates power supply status.
If the power source and the power cord are OK yet there is still a power supply problem, the status
lights on the power supply indicate the problem.
