Sunny Portal

Problem

Cause and corrective measure

The registration of the Cluster Con-
troller in Sunny Portal failed.

Sunny Portal cannot currently be accessed due to mainte-
nance.
Corrective measures:

• Call up www.SunnyPortal.com and check for any

messages regarding maintenance.

The Cluster Controller is already registered in another Sun-
ny Portal system, for example, if you have replaced the
Cluster Controller.
Corrective measures:

• Adjust the system identifier for Sunny Portal in the

Cluster Controller (see Section 11.6, page 63).

The registration of another device in
Sunny Portal failed.

There may be a firmware problem in the affected device.
Corrective measures:

Contact the Service (see Section 21, page 116).

The connection test to Sunny Portal
has failed.

The data transmission is incorrectly configured.
Corrective measures:

• If the Cluster Controller is not yet registered in

Sunny Portal, register the Cluster Controller in
Sunny Portal (see Section 11.1, page 60).

Test the connection to Sunny Portal (see

Section 11.5, page 62).

Check the settings for Sunny Portal (see Section 11,

page 60).

An error has occurred in the LAN.
Corrective measures:

• Check whether the network settings of the individual

network components are correct. Adapt the network
settings if required.

• Check whether the network components are

defective or damaged. Replace defective or
damaged network components.
