Deactivating the Webconnect Function of the Inverters

If the Webconnect function is activated for the inverters in the system, you should deactivate the
Webconnect function of the inverters to avoid unnecessary attempts by the inverters to connect with
Sunny Portal. The Webconnect function of the inverters is activated by default.
You have the following options:

• Disabling the Webconnect function for multiple inverters simultaneously
• Disabling the Webconnect function for an individual inverter

Disabling the Webconnect Function for Multiple Inverters Simultaneously

1. Select the system in the system tree and select the menu Settings in the device menu.

☑ The individual device classes are displayed in brackets after the name of the parameter

group, e.g. Device (Communication products). It may take a moment for all the data
to be read out from the devices.

2. Select the parameter group External communication > Webconnect.
3. Select [Edit].
