Code 0D - Tranmission failed

Ask the sender to re-transmit the document.

Code 13 - Memory full

Your fax machine can no longer receive any data because its memory is full: too many documents have been received and
are awaiting printing, or too many documents are awaiting transmission.

Print out the documents received by your fax machine or send any pending documents out immediately.

Code 14 - Memory full

The memory is full of documents received. Ensure the printer is functioning.

Code 15 - Unknown Mailbox number x

You are trying to send a document to a subscriber’s fax mailbox but there is no mailbox under that number on the
subscriber’s fax machine.

Code 16 - No Relay Bcst list Nr x

You requested the relay broadcasting of a document by a remote fax machine but the broadcast list required does not exist.

Code 17 - Unknown Mailbox number x

You are trying to retrieve a document from a remote fax mailbox, but there is no mailbox under that number on the remote
fax machine.

Code 18 - Relay Bcst impossible

You requested relay broadcasting of a document by a fax machine which does not have this facility.

Code 19 - Subscriber has stopped

The person at the other end of the line has aborted the session (e.g. a remote fax machine wants to poll your unit but you
have no fax on demand currently).

Code 1A - Disconnected

The call could not proceed - there is too much noise on the line.

Code 1B - Transmission failed

Transmission: re-send the document.
Incoming fax: ask the sender to retransmit the document.

INTERNET ACCESS ERROR CODES

Codes 40 and 41 - No response from supplier

Cannot establish modem connection with your access provider. If the error occurs repeatedly, check the Internet access
number provided by your access provider.

Code 42 - Cannot connect to Internet

The Internet provider is refusing you access - the service is temporarily unavailable. Should the error recur, check your
Internet connection parameters.

Code 43 - Xmission server unavailable

Cannot establish connection to the SMTP electronic mail forwarding server - the service is temporarily unavailable.
Should the error recur, check your e-mail and server parameters.

Code 44 - Reception server unavailable

Cannot establish connection to the POP 3 electronic mail retrieval server - the service is temporarily unavailable. Should
the error recur, check your e-mail and server parameters.

Code 45 - Supplier disconnected

The service is temporarily unavailable; try connecting later.

Code 46 - Xmission server disconnect

The SMTP mail forwarding server is disconnected; the service is temporarily unavailable; try again later.

Code 47 - Reception server disconnect

The POP 3 mail retrieval server is disconnected; the service is temporarily unavailable; try again later.

Code 48 - Disconnecting from Internet

The service is temporarily unavailable; try again later.

Code 49 - Cannot connect to Internet

Check the fax number and eventually the associated prefix of the machine.

To check your fax machine’s Internet parameters, print them out by pressing MENU followed by 9, 6 and FAX/COPY.
