Remote Ethernet Devices
Paging Station Devices opens a list of Networked Paging Station-1 devices connected to the
CobraNet network of the selected Audia device. Set Station ID allows the selected paging station
to be given a name that matches that of the corresponding block in the design layout file. More
than one paging station may be identified with the same design block (same Station ID). Set
Lock Code
allows the selected paging station to be assigned password protection. During normal
operation, the user will be prompted for the password, before being given paging access. Set IP
Address
allows the selected paging station to be assigned an IP Address. Use the default setting
(Obtain an IP address automatically) in all cases, except when adding CobraNet to an existing
Ethernet network (not recommended) Set Station ID, Set Lock Code, and Set IP Address may
instead be assigned during setup of the physical devices themselves (see the Networked Paging
Station-1 operation manual). Update Firmware allows future firmware updates to be loaded into
the selected device. The information in this list (including Serial # and Station ID) is used to
establish proper association between the external physical devices and their corresponding
component counterparts in the layout.

The Standard Toolbar provides file functions such as New , Open , & Save , plus additional
functions such as Cut , Copy , Paste , Undo , Redo , Print , & Help . The Standard Toolbar also
includes the Compile function, which will generate a new configuration file, while checking
system layout/connections & determining DSP resource allocation. See File Menu and Edit
Menu for more options.
