Ÿ To unlock the system
1. Click Unlock in the System locked window, and a dialog box will appear
3. After CyberEyes is unlocked, it will automatically login as the user type who unlocks it
Note: By default, CyberEyes has three user types: administrator, user, and guest. The administrator is granted
the highest authorization, then the user, and the guest is granted the least authorization.
Manual Record
This function allows you to manually record live camera images. When the Manual Record function is
activated, the Schedule/Auto Record function will be deactivated for the duration of the Manual
Record. You may choose any single channel or all four channels in quad screen for this manual record
operation. Click the Manual Record button to start manual recording. Click the Manual Record button to stop
manual recording.
To perform manual recording for one channel:
1. Choose and click on the desired video window in the work area
2. The user unlocking the system will be required to
choose the appropriate user type and the password.
If the user unlocking the system has a higher
permission than the user locking the system,
CyberEyes will be unlocked.
2. Click the left button of the Manual REC. button, and the left button will become
blue colored indicating real-time recording is in progress.
If you try to manually record quad screen in additional to
single channel recording, you will get a prompt that
advises you to stop single-channel recording first. Click
OK to close the prompt.
