The printed page is blank.
Possible causes
The page was not inserted into the ADF properly. The ADF separation pad is not functioning properly.
Troubleshooting and suggestions
1. Remove and then reinsert the original page into the ADF, making sure it is placed face-up.
2. If several pages are feeding at the same time, check the ADF separation pad and rollers for
damage. If the rollers are dirty, clean them. If the ADF separation pad or rollers are worn, replace
them.
