Configuring a

Traffic Class

To configure a traffic class, perform the following procedure:

1. From the home page, select Configuration.

2. From the Configuration menu, select the Services option.

3. Select the Traffic Class tab.

The Traffic Class tab is shown in Figure 60.

The columns in the tab are defined here:

ID
The ID of the traffic class.

Description
A description of the traffic class.

Active
Whether this traffic class is active on the switch. An active traffic class
is part of a policy assigned to one or more switch ports. An inactive
traffic class is not assigned to any policies or to policies that are not
assigned to switch ports.
