For reheating pre-cooked, room/refrigerator temperature foods.
Place the foods in a suitable sized dish/container. Cover with a
lid or microfilm, then place on Glass Tray. Stir after completion
of cooking and stand covered for 3 to 5 minutes.

For reheating a frozen pre-cooked meal (except soup). All
foods must be pre-cooked and frozen. Remove all packaging
and place in a suitable sized dish/container. Cover with a lid or
microfilm, then place on Glass Tray. At the completion of
cooking, stir food and stand for 2 - 3 minutes.

For cooking fresh vegetables. Place prepared vegetables into
a suitable sized container. Add 1 tbsp (15 ml) of water per
100 g of vegetables. Cover with microfilm or a lid.

For cooking fresh fish (whole, fillets, steaks). Shield the
thinner portions and place the fish in a suitable sized container.
Cover with microfilm or a lid.

For boiling rice. Add 2-3 times water to the quantity of rice.
Select the weight for the rice only. Cover with a lid or microfilm.

Cooking rice pudding. Select the total weight of the rice and
milk. Cook the rice pudding without a cover. Stir the rice when
the oven beeps. See the recipe on page En-45.

For roasting fresh chicken pieces.
Place chicken on Wire Rack on Metal Tray on Glass Tray. For
even cooking, spread out chicken pieces. Turn halfway during
cooking. Stand for 5 minutes after cooking.

For roasting pork.
Place pork, fat-side down, in a dish, on Metal Tray on Glass
Tray, add 1 dl water and 1 tbsp of salt. Turn over at beep.
Stand for 10 to 15 minutes after cooking.

Select the roast pork
program (7 presses).

Press the start button to
preheat the oven.

After preheating, beeps sound and ‘P’

will flash in the display. Place the whole
pork in the oven and set weight.

Press Start.
