Ingredients
500-600 g choice asparagus
1/8 l water
Salt, pepper
1 pinch sugar
Butter

Preparation
Carefully clean the asparagus and place in a long glass dish. Add the water, salt
and pepper, cover and cook on the "Vegetable" setting (according to the weight). Dot
with butter and serve.

Asparagus

Cooking time: around 12 minutes

Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
600 g courgettes
250 g red peppers
Salt, white pepper
1 pinch sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Preparation
Wash the courgettes and cut into rounds

cm thick. Wash the peppers and cut

into thin strips. Put the oil and onions in a glass dish, and cook on full power for 2
minutes. Add the courgettes and peppers with the salt, pepper, sugar and garlic.
Mix and cook on the "Vegetable" setting (according to the weight). Sprinkle with the
parsley.
