All desserts made with starch, such as pudding powder, cornflour or flour, must be stirred several times during the cooking time.

Desserts

Ingredients
1 can rhubarb, approx. 750 g
500 g frozen strawberries
4 tbsp cornflour
1/8 l white wine
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp Cointreau

Preparation
Clean and wash the rhubarb. Cut into 1 cm pieces. Place the rhubarb in a glass
dish with the strawberries, cover and cook on the "Vegetables" setting (according to
the weight). Blend the mixture. Mix together the cornflour, wine and sugar and add
to the fruit. Cook on full power for 3 minutes. Stir once during the cooking time.
After cooking, leave to stand for 5 minutes. Flavour with the Cointreau.

1. Pour the rice and milk into a large microwave-proof bowl (glass).

Do not cover with a lid.

2. Cook on the rice pudding program. Input weight of rice and milk.
3. Stir the mix when the oven beeps.
4. When the oven stops add salt to thicken the pudding mix.
