Relay Output module

I have power wired to the Relay Output module but the green LeD is off.

You probably have a blown fuse. Check your wiring and replace the fuse.

The green LeD is on but yellow LeD is off.

This means that the module and main unit are not communicating. It could be a problem with

either device. Check the communications wiring first. Make sure the main unit is on and func-

tioning. Verify that the module address is valid and unique. Try powering up both devices.

Analog Output module

The output never seems to get all the way to full scale (20mA).

Check the loop resistance. It must be no greater than 1000 Ohms. If it is greater the module

will not be able to reach the full scale output.

I have power wired to the Analog Output module but the green LeD is not on.

Check the power supply terminals to see if 10–15VDC is present. If it is you probably have a

blown fuse. Check your wiring and replace the fuse.

The power light is on but the pulse light is not blinking.

This means that the module and unit are not communicating. It could be a problem with either

device. Check the communications wiring first. Make sure the main unit is on and functioning.

Verify that the module address is valid and unique. Try powering up both devices.
