Press the down arrow key to select how long the backlight stays on. You can select
from ALWAYS ON, from 10 to 50 seconds, and from 1 minute to 15 minutes.

6.

When you are done selecting how long the backlight stays on, press the MENU
key again.

From the LCD B-LIGHT menu, you can also select:



NEXT - to move to the next menu item.



PREV - to move to the previous menu item.



FACTORY - to return to the factory default.



SET ALL - inactive.

Setting a Password for Quartet

The Quartet system also features the ability to lock/unlock users out of accessing the
MRP SETTINGS menu, with a password protected screen. PASSWORD allows you to
set up a new password for the system. To change the password, you are asked for the
current password, the new password, and to confirm the new password.

To set up a new password, follow these steps:

1.

Press the down arrow to highlight PASSWORD.

2.

Press the MENU key to select PASSWORD.

3.

Press the down arrow key to highlight MODIFY and press the MENU key. The
following screen appears:

In response to the prompt Enter Current, enter the current 4-digit password.

5.

In response to the prompt Enter New, enter a new 4-digit password.

6.

In response to the prompt Confirm New, enter the new 4-digit password again.

From the PASSWORD menu, you can also select:



NEXT - to move to the next menu item.



PREV - to move to the previous menu item.



FACTORY - to return to the factory default.



SET ALL - inactive.
