• Two mount plates (121003) used to clamp the indicator to the forklift frame.
• Two side brackets (121004) are mounted to one of the plates with:
Four (4) isolation bumpers (98537)
Four (4) 1/4-20NC x 1-3/4 bolts (14984)
Four (4) 1/4” lock nuts (14634)
Eight (8) bonded washers (45042)
• Side brackets are attached to each side of the indicator with 1/4” x 5/8” long bolts (21848) and lock
washers (15144).
• Standard plastic washers (15144) are used between the brackets and the indicator.
