Rear Cover - External Connections:

All connections come out the back.

There is a single cord grip with a WLAN antenna mounted in it. The grip can be loosened and the
antenna position as needed. If needed, the antenna can be pulled out far enough to expose its joint, at
which time the antenna can be angled as needed

If the joint is exposed, the enclosure will not be as environmentally protected.

An additional connector is also included to allow a wired Ethernet connection to the internal WLAN
board.

If an Ethernet connection is made before the unit is powered on, the WLAN board will revert to a wired mode,
allowing configuration via DeviceInstaller over an Ethernet network before placing it in service on a wireless
network. See Section

4.2.

A small slotted screw located in the upper right corner above the Ethernet jack. Behind this screw is a
switch used to reset the WLAN module to factory defaults. See Section

4.1.4.

For sealing purposes, this screw DOES NOT need to be sealed.
