Attention users in the U.S.A.

PortaTone PSR-90 prepared in accordance with FCC
rules.

The PorraTone PSR-90 uses frequencies that appear in the radio

frequency range, and if installed in the im m ediate proxim ity (within

three m eters) of som e types of audio or video devices, interfer­

ence m ay occur.

The PortaTone PSR-90 has been type tested and found to com ­

ply. with the specifications set for a Class B com puting device in

accordance with those specifications listed in Subpart J of Part 15

of the FCC rules. These rules are designed to provide a reasona­

ble m easure of protection against such interference. However, this

does not guarantee that interference will not occur. Ifycur Porta­

Tone PSR-90 should be suspected ol causing interference with

other electronic devices, verification can be m ade by turning your

PortaTone PSR-90 off and on. If the interference continues when

your PortaTone PSR-90 is off. PortaTone PSR-90 is not the source

ol the interference. If your PortaTone PSR-90 does appear to be

the source of the interference, you should try to correct the situa­

tion by using one or more of the following m easures:

Relocate

either

the

PortaTone

PSR-90

or

the

electronic

device

that is being affected by the interference.

Utilize

power

outlets for the PortaTone PSR-90 and the aevice

being

affected

that

are

on

different

branch

(circuit

breaker

or

fuse)

circuits, or install A/C line filters.

In the

case

of radio-TV interference, relocate the antenna or, if

the antenna lead-in is a 300 ohm ribbon lead, change the lead-in

to

a

co-axial type cable.

results, please contact your Authorized Yam aha dealer lor sugges­

tions and/or corrective m easures. If you cannot locate an Autho­
