Enter the number {1 to 5) of the mail box from which
you want to retrieve the documents.

When the mail box passcode is other than the
pre-selected number “555”:

1. Enter the mail box passcode of 3-digit.
- If you enter a different number from the
correct passcode, 3 beeps sound. Try again
from step 1 and enter the correct number.
2. Press SET.
The unit starts to print all documents stored into
the specified mail box.

preselected number “555”:
The unit starts to print all documents stored into
the specified mail box.

- After printing, the mail box number in the mail
box indicator will go out.
NOTES:
- To cancel the operation halfway, press the STOP/CLEAR button.
- To stop printing, press the STOP/CLEAR button. The printing is interrupted from the next
page.
