After a long beep, speak clearly and loudly for up to
16 seconds to re-record your greeting message for
the
ANS/FAX
mode.
When finished, press 9.
The new greeting message is playing to confirm the
change.
- To re-record your greeting message after
confirming the message, repeat from step 2 within
10 seconds.
NOTES:
- If you pause for over 2 seconds while recording, 6 short beeps sound and the unit stops
recording. In this case, repeat from step 2 within 10 seconds.
- You cannot re-record the greeting message for the.TEL/FAX mode.
