Recording a remote memo message
After playing back the recorded messages, you can leave an additional message on the same
call.
When a playback is finished, wait for 3 long beeps indicating the end of the last message. And
wait for about 10 seconds. You hear 2 long beeps indicating that the unit is ready for recording,
then you can leave your message.
Room monitoring
You can monitor the sound in the room where the unit is installed.
This feature also allows you to speak with anyone in the room.

Call your unit and dial your remote code while the
greeting message is playing.
Press 6 within 4 seconds after the short beep(s).
You can monitor the room sound for about 30
seconds.
- When 30 seconds have passed, a long beep
sounds and the line will be disconnected.
- To continue monitoring, press 6 again within 10
seconds after hearing the beep.
NOTES;
- To talk with anyone in the room, inform them to lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE
button.
- If the volume level of the unit has been lowered, the other party may not be able to hear your
voice from the speaker.
