Listening to Recorded Messages

When new incoming messages have been recorded, the call counter shows the number of

recorded messages up to 99, and the voice-message indicator flashes.

Flashing number means that there are new messages which have not been listened to yet.

When more than 8 messages are recorded, “MORE” is flashing.

When you listen to the recorded messages, you can adjust the volume level of the speaker by

pressing the VOLUME control button

(A, V).

To raise the volume level, press

A.

To lower, press

V.

8 levels are adjustable. The

volume level is shown on the display as follows:

NOTE:

- If the volume level is too low, nothing can be heard during playback.

Raise the volume level.

Listening to newiy recorded messages

You can play back newly recorded messages. Messages once reviewed will not be played back.

Press NEW MESSAGES PLAYBACK.

The unit plays back new messages.

During the playback, the display shows the mes­

sage, number and the time when the message was

recorded, as example below.
