Programming the remote code

If you wish to change the remote code, you can choose any 3-digit number from “111 ” to “999”

except numbers including “0”.

For proper operation, make sure that the remote code is different from your privacy ring ID

number (see page 148) and the mail box passcode (see page 118).

HELPFUL HINT:

- If you lose your instructions while programming, press the HELP button. The unit will print

information on how to set.

Enter the desired number of 3 digits.

- You can choose among numbers “111” through

“999” not including “0”.

Example: The remote code is 456.

- To correct an error, use the cursor key ( ^ or ► )

to move the cursor to the incorrect number then

make the correction.
