The Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 makes it unlawful for any person to use a computer or

other electronic device to send any message via a telephone facsimile machine unless such a message
clearly contains in a margin on the top or bottom of, at least, the first sent page the following information:

1) Date and time of transmission; and,

2) Identification of either business, business entity or individual sending the message; and,

3) Telephone number of either the sending machine, business, business entity or individual.

In order to program this information into your facsimile machine, you must complete the steps on pages 43 to

49 in these Operating Instructions.

The serial number of the unit may be found on the label on the rear of the unit. For your convenience, note

this number below, and retain this book along with your proof of purchase, to serve as a permanent record of

your purchase in the event of a theft, or for future reference.
