When power is ON:
Press to select the CDR input. §
When power is OFF (standby):
Press to turn the system power ON and start play-
back on the CD recorder.

Press to start playback or let it pause. §
5 TAPE 23 key
When power is ON:
Press to select the TAPE input. •
When power is OFF (standby):
Press to turn the system power ON and start TAPE
playback.

When TAPE input is selected:
Press during playback to change the tape transport
direction.

When power is ON:
Press to select the CD input. ¢
When power is OFF (standby):
Press to turn the system power ON and start play-
back on the CD player.

7 TUNER/BAND key
When power is ON:
Press to select the TUNER input. º
When power is OFF (standby):
Press to turn the system power ON and start radio
reception on the tuner.
