1 Adjust the automatic blank detection level using
the MULTI CONTROL keys.
Setting the automatic blank detection level (Cut Lv.)
2 Complete the setting mode.
÷ The blank detection level can be adjusted in the range from
-2 to +2.
+ ...... Increases the blank detection level.
– ...... Decreases the blank detection level.

The automatic blank detection level during analog-to-digital recording can be set by the user. If you do not
want to adjust it, simply press the SET key.
Even when the track number setting mode (T.Mark) is set to "Auto", the track numbers may not be
incremented if the level of blanks in the recording source are high. In this case, increase the blank detection
level.
On the contrary, if track numbers are incremented on other points than blanks, decrease the blank detection
level.

be cases in which track number marking are not improved.
