To cancel execution of a timer program (Remote control unit only)

To set the same timer program again (Remote control unit only)

÷ Also prepare the disc and adjust the listening volume.

÷ The reservation contents are held in memory.

Press the TIMER key repeatedly until “PROG.1” or
“PROG.2” disappears.

÷ Each press increases the set time by 10 minutes. The sleep

timer can be set up to about 90 minutes.

To cancel

The system has been set so that the display bright-
ness drops automatically during the sleep timer op-
eration. (Auto dimmer)

Turn the power OFF or press the SLEEP key until
the sleep time is cancelled.

The sleep timer is used to set the period after which the power will switch OFF automatically.

÷ The unit is turned OFF automatically after the set time has

elapsed.

÷ With timer recording, the audio is muted automatically at the moment the power is switched ON by the timer.

÷ The reservation contents cannot be cleared. The contents are cleared only when they are changed.

÷ If the STANDBY/TIMER indicator blinks in green when the power is switched OFF (Standby), the timer will not be

executed.In this case, set the clock again.

÷ After the timer has been set and power is off (timer standby), if there is a power failure or the power cord is unplugged

from and plugged again into the power outlet, the STANDBY/TIMER indicator blinks in green. In this case, set the
clock again.

÷ Pressing the SLEEP key once allows you to check the

remaining time.

Press the TIMER key repeatedly until "PROG.1" or
"PROG.2" is displayed. To set both "PROG.1" and
"PROG.2", press the key so that "PROG.1 2" lights.
