LIFT MINUTES QUICK START PROGRAM SELECTIONS
HILL PROGRAM SELECTIONS CUSTOM 1-6 PROGRAM SELECTIONS
RANDOM PROGRAM SELECTIONS MISCELLANEOUS CUSTOM PROGRAM SELECTIONS
SPORT TRAINING PROGRAM SELECTIONS
SPEED INTERNAL PROGRAM SELECTIONS
ZONE TRAINING AND PROGRAM SELECTIONS
The information will automatically scroll every 3 seconds or using any of the arrow keys will allow you to scroll
through the system statistics.
Pressing the ‘PAUSE’ key can LOCK the display. This will prohibit the scrolling of the information.
Press the ‘CLEAR’ key to exit the System Statistics and return to the System Info Menu.
