Call Hold

Call Hold is used to place an active call on hold to allow answering an
incoming call or placing an outgoing call. After releasing an incoming or an
outgoing call, retrieve the call on hold.

Note: The following test requires the terminal placing the calls on
hold to have multiple DN appearances. Otherwise, this test cannot be
performed as written.
